WIRELESS I/O FOR NCSENDER
Your ATC,
without the cable run.
ncWirelessIO sits at the tool changer and talks to ncSender over the Wireless USB. The drawbar sensor, the tool sensor and the air solenoid wire into it on the spot, not back to the control box.
Four isolated inputs, four switched outputs and a port for a machine-status LED strip, on one board powered from your 24–48 V supply. Your controller's own inputs and outputs stay free.

Made for a pneumatic tool changer.
Built for ncSender's Pneumatic ATC plugin. The plugin opens the drawbar, checks it opened, and checks the new tool is seated before cutting resumes.
- INPUT 1Drawbar sensorConfirms the drawbar opened, and closed again on the new tool.
- INPUT 2Tool sensorConfirms a tool is in the spindle, or that it is empty.
- OUTPUT 1Air solenoidReleases and clamps the tool, on ncSender's command.
- THE RESTTwo inputs, three outputs spareFor a pressure switch, a taper blow, a dust boot or a fan.
Silence means stop. If ncWirelessIO stops hearing ncSender, the outputs you choose switch off on their own, so a lost link never leaves a solenoid firing.
See it work.
ncWirelessIO on the bench: inputs and outputs driven from ncSender over the Wireless USB.
Inputs and outputs that take shop wiring.
Screw terminals for every connection, and a jumper per output so each one runs at the voltage its load needs.
- Optically isolated, 3.3 to 24 V signals
- NPN or PNP sensors, chosen with one jumper
- Sensor supply on the terminal: 5, 12 or 24 V, fused
- A blue light per input shows what it sees
- 5, 12 or 24 V per output, set by jumper
- Short-circuit and over-temperature protected
- For solenoid valves, relays, fans and pumps
- A blue light per output shows when it is on
- Activated before it ships: no Installation ID to enter
- Pairs with the ncSender Wireless USB (sold separately)
- Firmware updates from ncSender, over the air or over USB
And it lights the machine.
The same machine-status lighting as the ncSender RGB controller, built in. Plug an addressable 12 V strip into the LED port and it shows what the machine is doing, in the colours the ncSender header uses.
- IDLEWhiteDoubles as a work light.
- RUNNING · JOGGINGGreenThe machine is moving.
- HOLD · ALARMAmber, redReadable from across the shop.
- JOB DONEA show, then a slow greenUntil the machine moves again.
No strip yet? The status light on the board shows the same colours.
